Dr Bench and his team are amazing! They answered all of my questions and explained the process for my surgery in a way that I understood and that made me feel at ease.
From the moment I met Dr. Bench he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely attentive. He really took the time to listen and makes sure his patients feel comfortable with every step of care. He definitely goes out of his way for the people he cares about, and makes sure you feel confident in your treatment plan and answers all questions clearly. The front desk scheduling administrator and assistant are awful. I scheduled an appointment with them, confirmed over the phone multiple times only for them to tell me while I am driving there the same day that they have no record of my appointment. I highly recommend avoiding this practice due to the inept and poorly managed front office; shameful lack of professionalism
Doctor Shawn is not a real doctor, the real doctors make anything to help their patients, he and his crew refused to perform a surgery on me, the reason is because I have no one to give me a ride back home, a surgery that could takes less than half hour and there's no way to do it because as her assistant says "you can not wait at the hospital until you are ok to take a taxi, Uber or bus to go back home". Dr. Bench's services were good until they weren’t. The consultations and initial meetings went great. He is an affable and seemingly well-meaning doctor. I went to him for a hernia repair. It was supposed to be a simple procedure. He performed it laparoscopically. According to Dr. Bench, it went perfectly with no complications and was “textbook,” but my body told a different story.
