Dr Agee's rigorous training and large number of surgical procedures performed in residency is very impressive. My optometrist made the referral to Dr Agee and a consult easily set up. A vitrectomy was recommended, scheduled, and performed. It went exactly as planned. My vision improved immediately. I only wish the issue with cataracts was better explained. Vitrectomy can cause cataracts to accelerate in size, which happened to me and it required cataract surgery to correct.
I travel a great deal, and have had seven retinal from all over the southeast provide injections in my eye, and Dr Agee is by far the best one i have had. I will recommend to anyone in need that they see him. He is personable, thorough, and gentle. His staff is as good as he is
