charged us to fill our tanks at the beginning of fall and 2 months later they said they filled them again. thats funny we hardly had the heat on. how do 2 tanks almost empty. now we are monitoring it and its winter time and the needle hardly moves.
4:30 on a Friday and the furnace quits? No worries. Their tech was here in under a half an hour.
Thanks to Kendra, our issue from Friday has been resolved. Shawleys was out first thing this morning to fill the propane tank. Thank you again for your promptness in resolving the issue - I appreciate your excellent customer service. Wow! We called Shawleys a week ago to fill our tank....they were supposed to be here yesterday (12-14-17) they never showed. We are out of gas!Called tonight and Jim, got angry and flat out told us "we aren't coming" until Monday...nice customer service. Will never recommend these people again!
Love this guys I've used them the last five years. They cleaned and repaired my boiler. They are always kind, polite and on time. I would definitely refer a friend.
Our heat pump stopped working when it was running about 90 degrees outside. We called at closing time and Shawn came and fixed it on his way home. He diagnosed and fixed it in less than an hour. Thanks Shawley and thanks Shawn! We highly recommend them.
We are so happy with the service we received on our pool heater. We spoke with another company and Shawleys (both on the same day) about installing a propane tank and pool heater. We still havent received a call from the other company....but Shawleys team was responsive to our needs, worked within our budget and did setup and delivery on time! I highly recommend them!
FIve stars, and two thumbs up goes to Shawley's Superior LP Gas-So Fine and Hardware Store. I have been doing business with the company for almost 40 years now from the time I was a small child running to the hardware store to get nails and other items I needed to do projects as a child. Now 40 years later, I still use Shawley's on a regular basis for Propane, and the hardware store for many of my quick needs, not to mention, there fuel station always has one of the lowest fuel prices in the tri-state area.
