I appreciate the following: Prompt response of apartments to view,knowledge about Chicago area and apartments is good, apartment chosen met most if not all of requirements asked for, Robert is very nice and honest about what is and is not available, I would see improvements in:intimidation emails-wording stresses you out even more when trying to find a place to live.
I was sort of skeptical about the agency, but they worked hard and was very efficient to get me an apartment. When they took me to see the apartment, I was very surprised and in shock when I saw it. I fell instantly in love!
My only concern was that I specifically asked for a 5 room apartment, so a dining room would be included and the apartment was only 4 rooms.
I want to thank you so much. Robert you and your staff have been in our corner when we needed you the most and I am so satisfied with what you have done for me and my family.
