So if you do not have symptoms and have had contact with someone that has had COVID-19 West Plains OMC ER will not test you! It is a 8 to 5 thing at urgent care Monday through Friday. So much for getting ahead of things. By the way this is knowing the person is high risk as well. Forget it if you have a wreck either. I have seen in the ER and ambulance them not use spine supports. That is a so wrong. If there was any other hospital here I would go there instead.
Just found out from my insurance company that OMC has been over charging my husband on co-pays at one facility by $70 per visit for years even though this violates their contract with the insurance company. They have also been forgetting to file his bills with his insurance then sending us bills for full amounts. When I call to try to fix it they delay submission until insurance denies them for untimely billing which turns it into OMC"s liability (specifically stated in denial) yet they send him past due notices with threats... read more
I went in with signs of corona virus I work high risk job as cashier n they won't even test me say they can't test pple wouldn't test to see what ailness is bothering me or nothing released me n told me to self quarantine why am I self quarantine if I have not tested positive for the virus now I have missed two weeks of work n I'd like to ask why they offered to test my fiancee n told me no or even how they know who has chroma virus
I have enjoyed their friendly caring attitude.
I couldn't have asked for a more professional and caring staff during my husband's illness. I am grateful for the care that he received from the oncology and surgical teams for almost 2 years.
I have had many experiences (surgeries) with OMC! Good place to get fixed and spoiled at the same time!
because if you show up with an allergic reactions to a medicine, they make you wait for over an hour before even checking the patient out at all
