I've had good interaction with the staff and my doctor. I Don't have any complaints.
The Shaw Heart Center at Mercy Medical Center used to be amazing. They cared for their patients and were on top of making sure prescriptions were kept filled and appointments met. Now, they're terrible. They don't respond to messages left about anything, they're terrible at making sure prescriptions are kept refilled for patients and making an appointment with them is next to impossible, especially since there is NO doctor on staff!
