Got ice cream tonight in a waffle cone, and the young lady serving me broke the cone when scooping in a way that the top half was completely separated from the bottom half. When I politely asked for a replacement, the server declined, offered no apology and suggested a bowl instead. While the ice cream itself was good (the only reason I'm giving a "fair" rating), it was disappointing to be refused an unbroken replacement cone.
Shaw Farm is great...I want some of those delicious apple cider donuts. The picture of them is amazing and I know how delicious they are !!!
