Mr. Shaw called the same afternoon I requested service, and we scheduled the service call. The morning of his visit he called to let us know he could arrive early. My wife and I are 100% pleased with the quality and the value of the service he provided. While he was here we discussed other electrical upgrades we've been considering; as soon as we're ready we're calling him for those jobs, also.
I got a return phone call within 10 minutes and Mr. Shaw was at my home 1/2 hour later doing the work. He was professional, knowledgeable and took care of everything.
Great job, and fixed the problem the same day that I called.
Showed up on time. Had a walk through to show him where I wanted the outlets. He suggested we put them on two circuits with GFI for each. The work was done in professional manner and on time. I was very pleased. We discussed another project. Ron J. Hunting town, MD
