Ms.Bullock and Mr.lewis is amazing Everytime I come. The wait and nurses attitude is ridiculous !!!! My appointment was 8:00am, didn't get seen till after 1pm. Did pap smear, they called at 8am telling me, he's going to give my lab results in 10 to 15 mins. Didn't get that until after 5pm, smh call me at 4:30 next time to get some 5 clock results the nurses horrible, kept getting an attitudes. Damn near, have to curse they ass out for any results. Then will, look you upside the head crazy. My last time coming!!!!
Communicating with patients is so important, this Office lacks good customer service. Every thing is prolonged appointments , paperwork, lab tests everything is questionable . They set appointments to keep money going but no actuals results. Shut entire clinic down , staff is far from understanding

Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, the front desk and nursing staff appeared unprepared and unaware of the reason for my visit. I had to walk them through the details of my own appointment, which created an immediate sense of disorganization.
