Got a procedure done the staff was very helpful friendly and PROFESSIONAL
It's March 2015 and I just received a letter from a collection agency for services provided by Dr. Shaver in Feb. 2009. I had not received a bill from Dr. Shaver or it would have been paid. I paid the collection agency $92. They informed me the bill was for $45 and Dr. Shaver had charged me $47 in interest. I feel it's a very shady practice to not send a bill then later turn the account over to collections and charge such a large fee.
