They seem to have vanished without a trace. I went to see if they would honor a repair warranty for work on my fiance's mixer only to find them gone. One of their neighbors said they packed everything and moved out one night. No forwarding info just gone. Now I'm glad I procrastinated on taking the mixer in.

Beware of Shaver Service Center, this company is laughable!! They have had our coffee maker for 115 days and the repair was never completed. Our Saeco Spiderm Villa coffee maker stopped working and Philips has Shaver Service Center listed as a certified repair center. We dropped the coffee maker off on April 9, 2013 and was told it would take 1-2 weeks for them to diagnose the problem. After three weeks and not hearing from them I called in for a status update and was told that they had pinpointed the issue and it would take... read more

Great Service at Shaver Service Center!!! – May 9, 2012 Problems with my Rowenta Steam Iron. I stopped at Harrell's Service Center (on my side of town) and they referred me to Shaver Service Center at 9505 Burnet Road. I expected to have to leave my iron (bummer) and that they would have to order the part. Not so! The gentleman checked out the iron and told me what I needed. Not only did he have the part....he installed it right then and I was in and out of there in probably 5 minutes!!!! Awesome!! Now that is top notch serv... read more

Run away from this Company – I have a heavy duty KitchenAid mixer which needed repair. I took to Saver Service on Nov. 18th and was led to believe it would be repaired prior to Thansksgiving. Long story short, finally on Janauary 6th I went and picked up my still unrepaired mixer and was charged $75 dollars - $50 upfront when they agreed to repair my mixer and another $25 for parts. They seemed unconcerned and stated that almost 2 months to repair my appliance seemed like a reasonable time. During the process they were unres... read more

Worst customer experience ever – I am a contractor and have been buying Ridgid tools because of their lifetime warranty. Shaver is their repair center and has cost Ridgid the business. Dropped off a grinder with bad bearings in May. I was told two weeks to fix (seems to be their standard answer). It is now August and I just was told guess what? Two weeks longer. These guys are terrible and indiffert on the phone. STAY AWAY!!!!

worst service ever – I took in my KitchenAid Mixer for a repair in Oct. It was supposed to be ready in 2 weeks. I called for months for an update, and was always told that it 'would be ready next week.' It wasn't. FINALLY in April, I received a call that it was ready for pick up. 5-6 months later and $70 - Brought it home, and it STILL does not work.

good repair shop – This guys repaired my espresso machine for $150. compared to a new one that would cost me $750., it took about a month to get it back, but it was worth it. I'm just glad we have them here in Austin.

DON'T take your broken item to them if you need it soon!!! – Took almost one month to fix my coffee machine. Called several times but never return my calls. They never update their customers. Don't take your broken item to them if you need it soon. It will take forever to fix your broken item!!!! I complained to them and they told me they did a favor for me to fix it in one month.

Incorrect Address – They moved in November of 2008 to: 4631 Airport Blvd. Su. 119 Austin, TX 78751 Phone numbers are still the same.

Business response:

That information was correct in November of 2008. We moved in July of 2010 to 9590 Burnet Rd. Su. D, Austin, TX 78758.
