Sold me a car that I can't get plated due to not passing emissions. Took it back to be fixed, they had it for 2 days! Told me nothing was wrong and owner says nothing he can do and go ahead and sue him!

I purchased an excursion from the dealership and they haven't gave us a title. I now have a car that sits in the drive way with expired tags while I wait on the title or refund. I have filed a complaint with the state. We tried to get them to rent us a car while they fumble with the paper work but wouldn't go out of their way for the costumer. I will never go there a again and if you think about going there I would think twice. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!! I would have rated them a negative but the stars don't allow it.
