for the first year and a half I was charged for A water bill. then when you need assistance with water bill it is investigated come to find out there should never have been a bill but only a few people with lawyers were reinversed. shaver green of course is about there own $. you need repairs you better fix it yourself.
It's very quiet and clean establishment my favorite thing about these units or the high ceilings it makes it feel more spacious and I like that all and all a great place to live. The only thing I don't like is there is lack of privacy in the hallways you can hear just about everyone in there apartments as you walk by and not 🚫 fond of the management they seem to be crooked.
Awful place to live, clean but very claustrophobic. Smelled like cigarettes and people drag race on Mlk every night. LOUD!
Nice place. Someone got their car window shot out in a drive by last night. Just sayin' But the building is modern and nice.
The landlord won’t stop harassing me about my service animal dog even after I show them proved and paper work.
