Cascade management collects the rent but rarely on site. Tenants dogs shit and piss off bocanies, packages stolen constantly, and if you dare complain about about biohazards pouring on bocany cascade management will do nothing. The cameras in building are for apartments benefit only. Walls are so thin you can here your neighbor snor, and the only cars that have been stolen on the block are parked inside shaver greens locked garage. Maintenance is only there twice a week. for the first year and a half I was charged for A water bill. then when you need assistance with water bill it is investigated come to find out there should never have been a bill but only a few people with lawyers were reinversed. Not spacious! Packages and mail stolen daily, 2 power chairs stolen from elderly, shaver green of course is about there own $. you need repairs you better fix it yourself.

It's very quiet and clean establishment my favorite thing about these units or the high ceilings it makes it feel more spacious and I like that all and all a great place to live. The only thing I don't like is there is lack of privacy in the hallways you can hear just about everyone in there apartments as you walk by and not 🚫 fond of the management they seem to be crooked.
Awful place to live, clean but very claustrophobic. Smelled like cigarettes and people drag race on Mlk every night. LOUD!
