Bad experience with this service, takes too long to start the service, charges $$$$ and vehicles stopped working next day. They don't take responsibility for their mistake. No loaner car.
I had a miserable experience selling my 2019 Tacoma here. Sales associate Jerry promised my check within a week, then completely backtracked and blamed me for confusion about the title versus loan. Which is ridiculous. Management was no better. Tyler didn’t return calls as promised, and finance gave me a completely different story. Now suddenly it’s 15 business days plus maybe more. The lack of communication, shifting timelines, and broken promises are unacceptable. I’d strongly warn anyone against doing business here.
