Shauna and her team made me feel as if I were her only client, which was not the case. I was a seller living two states away with a property in need of major repairs. She gave me great, and realistic advice by telling the truth. Her staff was always great to work with as well, and made the sale easy, by basically the click of a button. When buying a house you want someone who actually knows what your looking for and what projects your willing to handle. Shauna took the time to get to know my wife and I so she could find us the perfect home we could make our own. She also took the time to know the house so she could provide us with an actual history of what had been repaired or what issues were known. So if you don't want to look at 17 different houses to find the house you could live with then we highly recommend Shauna and her team.
Shauna was extremely helpful during the whole process. She was very prompt and diligent. She would check up on us numerous times to see if we had any questions or concerns. I'd recommend her to my family and friends.
