Dr. Austin was so helpful. Highly skilled, & very attentive. He eased my anxiety woes.
I went to see Dr Austin multiple times as my PCP between 2017-2019 complaining about back pain in 1 specific place. I know now that I was also experiencing sciatic symptoms during that time. Dr Austin listened to my symptoms and brushed off my concerns and only referred me for physical therapy instead of attempting to pinpoint the source of the pain. Hands down the best doctor I've ever had.
I saw Dr. Austin for the first time today, mainly to get an opinion on a forming foot bunion and a pain in my elbow from a fall, and to get to know him as a physician. He made a great first impression; very attentive with a lot of immediate knowledge and advice to give regarding my foot and elbow. Though I know his time is valuable, he didn't give the impression of 'moving it along' and went through my lab results from a prior visit very thoroughly, explaining what all the confusing numbers meant.
