Painless, but thorough cleaning. Everyone friendly. Clean office and it was nice to hear staff being friendly and cooperative with each other.
Did a great job like always:
Dr. Kruger and staff are very caring and professional . They answered all my concerns,appointments were easy to make and I did not have to wait in in reception or in the chair. I appreciate people being punctual since everyone's time is important. The office is set up so there is privacy for everyone and quiet which is great for those of us who are very hard of hearing.
Although I was scheduled for a routine visit, I learned lots about gum disease. The hygienist was very helpful and showed me x-rays of my teeth, a chart where the plaque was located as well as pictures of what gum disease looks like. Both the dentist and hygienist helped develop a plan to help me.
First visit and got in on time. People are friendly and facilities are updated with modern amenities. Building is in a good accessible location. Best of all, no issues found on my first visit. Accepts my Medicare insurance.
Would not go anywhere else. Always over the top service.

Since moving to Mt. Juliet in 012, we tried another dentist who we did not like then someone recommended Dr. Kruger @ Simply Smiles. We could not be happier!! Nobody likes going to the dentist, right? Well, we do!! Dr. Kruger makes you feel very comfortable and he is very gentle and trustworthy! I have recommended Simply Smiles to other people and they feel the same way.
