We have been clients of Andy's for over 35 years. Andy has advised us in many aspects of the dental industry, from contract review/disputes, entity formations, practice transitions, and so on. He's been a great resource, advisor, and a great friend to myself, my spouse, and my family. He is our "go to" for legal counsel and has provided such a great service in that regard. This attorney posted my medical records on a public facing website and then tried to defend it by saying that only I was given the link. WOW! My former dentist, Grace Gavric, hired this guy to do customer service for her after I caught her committing record falsification and leaking PHI all over the internet. I don't think this attorney is a good communicator. More than once he has backed himself into a corner with contrapositive statements.
