This is the best eye doctor and team in town! They are just amazing! Dr. Newcomb has been my doctor for about 10 years now. Up until recently, I just saw him once a year for a check up. Recently, I had a really bad stye and they worked me in when I showed up with a swollen, half closed eye at 8am. All the ladies in the front and back are very professional and friendly. So I came in with Frames That Came Apart.. I was Expecting to Be Told Sooo Sorry.. We can’t Help You.. That’s The Normal Line I Get! But Not At SPECS.. Charity is Kind and Amazing.. She Took my Lenses Out of My Frames And Put Them In a Loaner Pair TIL Mine Are Replaced so I can See! Love ❤️ You Charity.. And Thank You Shasta Professional Eye Care For Being So Awesome! 😬🥰
thank you for pretending to send me a copy of my prescription. Then the run around you gave me when I tried to get the info over the phone and finally the $89 charge for measurements already taken that you will already be paid for by my insurance. Such customer service lol you've lost a patient.
