RecommendedI called Shasta Computer to get a quote on a iPhone screen change. They were pleasant on the phone and gave me a quote. In their shop, I spoke with Dave, a very kind gentleman. My phone was fixed by the time they indicated. The price was what they quoted me. It was a great experience .
Luke did a wonderful job repairing my iPhone screen. It works great and looks like a new phone and I pondered if it could even be repaired. I have seen other staff interact with people in the office and everyone is professional and educated but the best part is they educate us on our repairs so we can make informed decisions. I walked in needing something that was critical for work I was doing and I needed it quickly. Andrew, one of the technicians was quick to help me. Not only that, but he was personable and kind. This is truly an asset to the Redding community. They have my business moving forward with out a doubt!
They are totally awesome and have earned my permanent loyalty as a customer! This was my first time doing business with them and I was so impressed! They gave me a new hard drive and an external backup for a very reasonable price! They also took the time to explain what the problem was and also showed me what the problem was! Luke and David were so nice and both very helpful! They really know their stuff! I feel like I got a brand new computer now! I wouldn't use anybody else! :)
