Chuketa, front desk receptionist, at Jackson was so helpful. Dr. Shashy was able to help a close church member friend of mine, John Rumph, some time ago. I went to the practice and Dr. William Sherrer did an outstanding job for me as well. Nurse Practitioner Vanessa and front desk clerk Erica were part of a tremendous professional team that resolved my bladder issues,etc. immediately. By far the most unprofessional staff ever. The lady working the front desk and answering the phone couldn’t be more rude and unprofessional. She was not willing to explain the proper procedures of how appointments are made and referrals are submitted to them. In my 11 plus years of military service I have never experienced someone so rude and unprofessional. I will be notifying my PCM so that no other Service members are referred here.
This review is an apology to Dr. Shashy. I am power of attorney for my uncle. A few weeks ago he had a lengthy stay in the hospital. I was very frustated because there were issues with the medical staff understanding to communicate with me not him about his care. I received a link asking for a review on Dr. Shashy. Out of frustraion I gave him a very negative review because I had never spoiken to him about my uncle's care. I love Dr. Shashy's bedsides manners. He is very professional. I am so grateful to God for him. I went in for one thing and he found something else that is going on with me. Dr. Shashy talked to me and he made sure that I understood what was going on with me and what had to be done in order to correct the problem.
