Dr. Shasha has operated on me for two Hernias and one Gallbladder removal. He is is a meticulous and brilliant surgeon who has always guided me well. He is kind, patient, thorough and the upmost professional. He is truly a gift to humanity.
I saw him for emergency surgery. He made me feel so comfortable. With my problem, I was so embarrassed. He looked me in the eyes and said, “we’re doctors, we see this everyday, this is what we do.” With a beautiful smile on his face. I love him. Such a good hearted doctor, who knows what he’s doing. Because of him, I’m healed. I am forever grateful.
Excellent surgeon and very caring person. He usually has medical students in his office to witness his interactions with patients (with the patient's permission). He always has a very positive outlook.
Dr. Shasha is an outstanding surgeon whom I recommend highly. He operated on me for a small bowel obstruction caused by adhesions that I didn't know that I had that had come loose some 35 years after gallbladder surgery. He has a wonderful bedside manner and takes the time to explain what is happening and to answer all of a patient's questions. My internist, Dr. Timothy Mark, only recommends the very best specialists like Dr. Shasha.
This surgeon is terrific. He has great experience and focuses on minimally invasive surgery. Honest guy who takes his time and doesn't rush.
