Was looking for a second opinion prior to a scrotal procedure. Based on other's reviews, chose Dr. Weinstein despite longer travel time to see him and was not disappointed. The Doc lived up to his good and lengthy reputation. From the get-go I knew I was in good and experienced hands. I am so happy my dad referred me to Dr. Pachter when I wanted to look for a different urologist. Best decision I ever made. He is so kind and welcoming and understanding! Took the time to explain things and hopefully on the path through medication and my follow-ups to not continue to produce these awful big kidney stones. Highly recommend! And everyone in the office is great as well!! Truly amazing Doctor and staff!

There was no hospital visits to my see husband to explain what was happening and a plan for my husband’s procedure. Instead, daily the kidney specialist stopped by to discuss issues as well as the hospital doctor. They tried to communicate with the urologist with no success. Finally, we got an appointment, arrived on time and waited almost 2 hours to see the nurse practitioner. There were no records from the hospital to discuss serious issues at her disposal. Listen to patient's request and jump into treatment right away without delay
My experience with this doctor was not what I had hoped for. I found his communication style to be curt and not especially warm or welcoming, which made it difficult for me to feel comfortable sharing information. While he may be knowledgeable in his field, I left feeling unheard. I believe a more patient-centered approach would have made a significant difference.
