The team was ready for me when I arrived. The mechanic was very thorough and addressed all of the items to be done. My service advisor was informative and kept me up to date. This was the first service where I was told I would be sent a video to review and actually got it—previously I got the message but never received the video
Kevin was absolutely the friendliest sales person I’ve met. He was helpful, kind, easy to work with and knowledgeable. 10/10 would search him out to buy another car
Just bought a used Subaru here and am nothing but pleased with the experience. Everyone from my salesperson Kevin O’Connor who was honest, personable, and tenacious; to my finance guy Zach Petrill who worked me the best deal on an extended warranty for the peace of mind; to the tech Mark who did the used car inspection and check out were all amazing and made the experience a great one. Cannot recommend Kevin enough for any car buying needs
