e-mail response. I bought a Mustang locally. Did not see this car.
Never responded to message. In person were not willing to negotiate
Dealer did email back eventually. I called on the phone and the salesperson who answered couldn't find the car -had no idea if they even had it or where it was. Said he'd call me back. The whole day passed and he never called back. Finally I called the dealership AGAIN and emailed AGAIN -eventually found it it was being "detailed" and had been in the detail shop that entire day. Would also be in the detail shop until noon the next business day as well. Why would it need to be detailed for a day and a half? I dont know but wh... read more
