It was a little rough at the beginning because of my 90-year-old mother and her needs overrode two appointments at the dealership. However, once I arrived in Willard, I quickly found it was well worth the 31 mile drive. The car I mentioned was waiting for me, the salesman expressed concern for my mom and nothing about the inconvenience he had most certainly suffered because of my cancelled appointments, and everything about the advertised car was accurate.
