Specialties We are a small family owned Mobile Home/RV Park. Established in the early 60's. We offer a clean, quiet, safe place to live for RV's Mobile Homes and Tiny Houses. We have lots of mature trees so there is plenty of shade and are just outside the Denison city limits. History Established in 1960. My son lost his job and tryed to move his home as soon as he could. Every time he would go over to show home to sell it so it could be moved she would harass him and his wife. Who is very ill. Park owner (Debbie Rice)is crazier than a loon. Even her husband has told us she’s crazy. She stole the seats to my sons van when he took them out to move stuff out of his mobile and when he returned from storgage unit she had stole them right in front of the people moving his mobile home. Stayed with my cousin here a few days while he was sick. Looks can be deceiving. They have a real problem with dogs wandering around doing their business everywhere but their yard. Barking all day, owners just letting them out. Had a couple charge at me when I stepped out of the trailer. Owners don't seem to care. Got about 10 or so around, some pretty big.

sorry you had a problem with the dogs, our policy was if your pet is outside you have to be outside with it at all times. that evidently didn't work too well so now they are all on leashes. now all the big dogs are gone and will not be allowing anymore large breeds. and yes the owners do care. we want all our residents to feel safe and comfortable. if someones animal charged you it should have been reported. we can't fix something unless we know there is a problem. hope you have a better visit next time.
