Sharper Management is hands down the most frustrating, petty, and poorly run HOA management company I have ever experienced. Instead of focusing on maintaining the property or supporting homeowners, they seem to spend most of their time looking for excuses to issue fines. They tried to fine me $25 for “pet damage” because my dog dug in a dirt area under my deck. Not grass. Not landscaping. Dirt. Essentially a sandbox area where digging naturally happens. Failed basic ADA training and accommodationa. Natalie Martynow is uneducated, unethical and unprofessional and has complaint filed with Mn dept of Human rights. Dept of commerce has investigation as well as BBB will not credit business due to failed ADA

In August I submitted a request for approval to get my windows and doors replaced. I have a company waiting on this approval so they can install them. It’s now November and I still don’t have approval!! The hold up is apparently a screen door. I’m being told the only screen door approved is a cheap one from Home Depot, even though the one I’m requesting approval for looks exactly the same (but a better quality) and 3 other units have the same door I’m waiting for approval on...installed by the same company!!! As a townhouse owner being forced by my HOA to work with Ashley Goedert of Sharper Management was...not only extremely costly...it was one of the most infuriating, frustrating, exasperating experiences of my life! I contacted Sharper Management with a simple water leak in my ceiling. Almost eleven months later, they have ran up over $22,000 in repair (billed to me), tore down (without my consent) and rebuilt my deck (which turned out to have nothing to do with the leak) and badly misdiagnosed the problem a second time.... read more
Stay away from Sharper. They charge high HOA dues and do nothing for their clients. They are not well versed in the governing documents or the law for the properties they manage. They don’t get multiple bids they say they rely on industry standards. Example: they claimed it would cost up to $90,000 to add for 10 feet of heat coils, which is laughable. I know more from taking one Property Management course in college than these guys. CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE BUT SHARPER!
