I contacted the right cartridge as they were the third party vendor to an order I had placed. There was an issue, I had messed up the address. They tried everything they could to change the address through the shipper to no avail. They went out of their way to assist me in being able to receive the desperately needed cartridges on a Saturday. I will definitely do business again with them, and will suggest them to people I know that need print cartridges. Michael in Las Vegas
