Shaper Imagine willingly, and illegally changed master insurance policy for our condo unit (over 200 units) without notifying residents. This action, resulted in eliminating all FHA loans and Fannie mae loans for potential buyers. They refuse to address the situation until FY25 because I am sure their own bonuses, and raises are tied into this complete breach of ethics and state laws. This is an extremely poorly run business, beware as you can see from other reviews.
I would give a zero rating if I could. As a property owner for seven years, interactions with the HOA, particularly Annie, have been consistently rude and unprofessional. When I had an issue with my property, I received no real guidance or support, just snarky responses or no response at all. The staff lacks passion for this neighborhood; it's merely a job for them. Consistently rude and unhelpful. I often wonder why we pay hundreds of dollars a month to get such rude responses back to the simplest of questions. In two years of living at my property, I have gotten no help or guidance to a single thing I left. They certainly seem like a waste of money. This is one of the worst Management Companies This company is so unprofessional. The property looks horrible and the fees are beyond outrageous and if you contact the management company and make a complaint it will become over the top petty. You would think that making a proper complaint or expressing concerns especially paying HOA dues at these high rates wouldn't be a problem addressing issues professionally, but forget that.
