Great work but poor scheduling. I had a centrifuge repair scheduled had a two hour window for the tech to show. Tech never showed called the office and was told he just left and on his way. After parts were ordered upon repair the tech just showed up with no notice asking for access to the site. Great repairs but lacking in scheduling communication.
Excellent service, very good group for refrigeration repair and preventative maintenance. We have had them service our ULT Freezers and cold rooms for years. Professional and fast.
