I have been trying to speak to someone for quite some time and have someone call me back regarding my son's tests and just to have some questions answered and I get no one sending emails or returning my calls when I leave a voice-mail. Its very frustrating, i understand your going to leave a response that will tell me to call the same number i have been calling so instead of that response like I see you have done with others, maybe try calling us as we have already put out the time and effort trying to call you. I have been trying to contact and make an appointment for weeks and not heard back. My doctor had sent in a referral and I also called and left a VM. Whenever I call to make that initial appointment it goes straight to VM ans again no response. Not sure how they got a 4.6 review
