Numerous times I have not been sent my migraine injectable and missed my dose---every time ending up at the urgent care. On one occasion I missed two doses ( 2 months ) and still no call. I have been having to call to get my prescription when it is their job to call pts every time for refills / renewal. I have been trying to call to renew since they always forget to call me and have been waiting for someone to pick up / assist me for 40 minutes and still nothing. I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. to pick up an item. I had driven from very far and would not be able to return, they were able to accommodate me and the nurse fixed up my order and send me on my way. Great job great great customer service. Thank you.

Sharp Specialty Pharmacy is blatantly restricting access to Zepbound, despite the fact that I have a valid prescription, prior authorization, and full insurance approval. I was told I would be placed on a months-long waitlist, even though the medication is readily available elsewhere. It is undeniably clear that this delay is about cost control, not availability.
