Ordered a timing belt for a Singer 211. Got a different timing belt. Tried to contact them multiple times to return the timing belt, but no replies. I would not suggest doing business with these folks.
I had questions about an older machine that I was restoring, most people in my area was extremely rude and did not want to help unless I take the machine in but Keith didn't mind answering all my questions,he was patient and kind. I would rather do business with him than any other place around here. Absolutely amazing customer service.
You can order it from mainland china and get it faster, I ordered from a sewing supplier in China and it arrived before anything from sharp sewing did ( from California to South Carolina) its been 11 days and havent seen anything out of Sharp Sewing! The only contact from them is a short terse sentence....and I only got that because ebay demanded communication out of them! A pathetic spectacle of customer service and communication!!!
