I’m calling to schedule an appointment, but it’s taking a long time. They keep me on hold for around 30 minutes or more, and this isn’t the first time I’ve tried — I’ve been trying for two months.
Making an appointment for needed services is horrible. In the past few months, it has taken forever to make an appointment I have called several times within the day and waited at least an hour. Therefore, I am seriously considering changing my insurance to go to Scripps. It's too frustrating and a reason for my blood pressure rising.
