This pharmacy is a prime example of poor and unprofessional customer service—something you wouldn’t expect from a large healthcare system! With all the other feedbacks, one would think the management would care enough to "train" these people appropriately.

No off hours for working professionals or working people. Paid for a prescription that was never mailed. And because their hours are only between 9-5:30 M-F, hard to call to reconcile if you are working. Finally called and was told they were out of the supply. No attempt to see if other Sharp pharmacies had the supply until I asked. Turns out they did, but they shouldn’t have had to have me ask for it. It’s been over 2 months. When asking the Pharmacist for advice on a nebulizer she said that she couldn’t give me advice… interesting as I always felt like that’s what they’re there for.

horrible customer service because the staff is overworked, where I can receive no help in person nor over the phone, even with my insurance rep on the line with me.

DIRECTIONS AMMEND PLEASE~ DO NOT TURN INTO THE FIRST 3 ENTRANCES- GO TO WHERE YOU SEE 2929 MEDICAL CENTER BLG - SHARP REESE STEHLY LANE - LEFT INTO PARKING LOT. LOTS OF CONSTRUCTION FOR A VERY LONG TIME HERE. LOTS OF PARKING AS YOU PASS 2929 BGL HIGR GLASS DOORS - straight ahead is regular parking. Surrounding lots have lots of handicapped parking spaces. PHARMACY IS EXCELLENT.
