Yes their medical help is highly reccomended.They have all the answers for all my needs from the counter desks,pharmacy and to my primary doctor and specialists .They are very responsible and very prompt when needed.
My (now former) primary care Physician here saw me for what was at the time a headache lasting for 4 days. Despite me knowing and communicating that it was serious, and the doctor himself having no explaination, he simply referred me to see a Nerologist in his group. The wait time I was given was over 2 months, and the doctor did nothing to expedite it. Luckily I was able to be seen by a Neurologist at Scripps La Jolla. Normally my experiences here are great. Today I went for a flu shot required for my job. I got there at 8:40am and didn't leave until 10:30am WITHOUT getting the shot. The nurse who was the last person I spoke to would get a 5 from me because she was very apologetic and tried to explain the situation. The other people didn't seem too eager to help out.

Horrible experience Witness by a few people in the lab waiting room a lady was literally unable to breathe and her husband asked the gentleman checking into lab.." my wife is not breathing" and instead of acting on it he referred him to urgent care on the side of the building which I thought was very sad because him not calling 911 emediately..could have...killed this person....makes me think what if that was me or my family���
Great staff, everyone is very nice i didnt have to waith to long to see the doctor or for my labs really recommend this place
