I was very surprised how quick the attendance and able to see the doctor with no wait at all very nice doctor very nice nursing stuff thank you
I'd like to say that while we were there, we were greeted and approached about every 10-15 mins (give or take) to make sure our stay was comfortable. Offered refreshments and a snack, which was nice. But once we were seen by the MD (which he was kool. I liked him. Very personable and funny.) is when we sat and sat and sat for sometime in a room. I'd like to think we were forgotten after that lol. Quick, kind and knowledgeable staff, can't ask for more than that.
Even though there was a long wait today due to the crazy viruses out there, I was greeted so pleasantly and was offered tea/coffee/snacks while I waited! What other urgent care does that? Such a nice touch management, your people are clearly happy working there! Plus the woman doctor I saw was so easy to talk to and most importantly - super smart and thorough! Thanks for the great service! ���
