I had a great experience being treated in the Sharp Memorial Hospital, Emergency Room. The doctors I saw were Dr. Saul Levine, Dr. Kevin Kelly, Dr. Matt Thomas , Dr. Kevin Kelly, Dr. John Mazerek, and Dr. Callan. Dear Patient Relations / Hospital Administration, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the treatment I received during my visit to your hospital on June 20, 2026. Amazing care and fast service—much shorter wait times than other ERs, especially compared to Grossmont, which is the worst. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of emergency services.
The hospital staff was incredibly attentive. They truly listened to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Thank you for making an emergency room visit such a positive experience, despite the circumstances
