I came here today after visiting an urgent care clinic; however, since they lacked the necessary equipment to assess my pregnancy-related concerns, they issued a referral for me to be seen at this emergency room. It was a truly terrible experience! I am pregnant and had fallen on my back the day before; since then, I haven't been able to feel the baby moving, so I went in to get checked out. Physician in the emergency room as well as the nurse would not listen, were dismissive of my concerns and lacked empathy. Would not answer my questions. Horrible treatment. Hurry to get out us out the door. Update: I responded to the email that Sharp replied with and received no response.
I had an excellent experience at the Sharp ER. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was thorough, attentive, and genuinely cared about my well-being. The best ER I've ever been to. The staff is extremely compassionate and caring. From the security guards to the doctors, everyone you encounter is here to help you. I have never felt more supported or heard in a medical setting. The security guards and nurses especially went above and beyond ❤️
