Very troubling and concerning experience with this attorney's office. They demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge about the law and abused their power. After I reported them to the Bar, which they opened an investigation for, they rescinded their legal documents, knowing they hadn't followed due process, which resulted in unethical charges for their clients.
