This is Covid-19 danger zone. I've been in there twice this week. There is only one person working (both times I was there) and she was doing front desk work and lab work on her own. At the desk I observed her handling multiple peoples ID, insurance cards, paperwork, and computer (with no gloves) at the same time and handing them back to individuals.
