The technicians and receptionist, Melissa and Abby are the best! Customer service goes above and beyond. They remember our family members and ask questions about things like Prom, the dog, etc… So sweet and thoughtful and caring!!!
This is the most convenient (for me) Sharp Lab! Plenty of free parking, typically short wait times in the mid morning, easy to get to, and I've always been treated well. So happy to have this location available so I don't have to navigate all the buildings on Frost Street and end up in the wrong paid lot.
