I believe I have been a client for about 10 years. The receptionist Sherri is efficient, my requested hygienist Gwen is thorough and kind, and the dentist Dr. Feinberg who I harass merciless is a hoot! I simply chose them out of a list of qualified dentists provided by my workplace and I am glad I did.
Every person in this office is professional, sensitive to patient needs and just plain kind and considerate. For the first time I was not uncomfortable while dental impressions were being made. I definitely recommend Dr Feinberg and all of the staff!!!
I never thought I'd ever say a root canal was a great experience, but Dr. Feinberg and Yvette are just that wonderful! I can honestly say that he is the best dentist I have ever seen and I am so happy that I switched to his office! From the moment i come in , i am greeted with a sweet smile until i am being called and seated in my chair, chatting while being prepped and asking me how my day is going until i finish with my procedure. I was referred to this practice by a friend. I was very pleased with the dental hygienist, Gwen. I think this was the thoroughest cleaning I had ever had. I like Dr. Feinberg a lot, too. He was personable and thoroughly explained the procedure I am needing.
I have been looking for a dentist for a while and my daughter recommended Dr. Feinberg. I called and spoke to Miss Sherry, the receptionist! She was very kind, businesslike and asked me to download paperwork before I came in. Once I had gotten to my appointment the next day, I was greeted and promptly escorted to the room to get my teeth cleaned along with x-rays. Once the dr. came in, he greeted me and did an exam. I immediately noticed the professionalism when I first walked in. I completed my paperwork and was seen immediately. The staff was so friendly and had a great sense if humor!! Dr Feinberg was so kind and friendly. I felt like he really cared about me as a patient. He didnt immediately start throwing figures at me. He listened to my concerns and gave me great feedback and future alternatives. I've gotta say I was very skeptical at first but as it turned out this was the best dentist visit!
