Please avoid this place. Terrible Customer Service. The Owner is Rude and yelled in my face for no reason.
Unprovoked verbal abuse (I have the owner on video, he is an angry, unprofessional person). (Disturbingly angry, & rude) He just responded, and is 100% lying. I have video and at no point was I ever rude. There was also a worker there who witnessed everything, and had probably heard this man do this many times before. This person is mentally ill and rude , and should be placed in a psychiatric hospital. Caution is advised when dealing with him
I have been going there about 2 years. The owner was attentive and answered my question quickly and let me send my file to his email address so that he can do some printings for me right away. If you want to print something on special paper right away, he would help you for less than $10
SUCH a rude person. Total joke — don’t go. Editing because of owners response. This is not how the interaction was and I apologized because the man was clearly so irrational and unhinged, I felt unsafe and wanted to get out as quickly as possible.
