Too rude,impolite customer service unfriendly humor . Just find somewhere else any place would be better than this place
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. The owner, Ebie, is completely unprofessional and emotionally unstable — any small issue instantly turns into a shouting match. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced: rude tone, zero accountability, and no respect for clients’ time or money. There are plenty of reliable, quality print shops out there — choose literally any of them instead of dealing with this chaos.

Please avoid this place. Terrible Customer Service. The Owner is Rude and yelled in my face for no reason.
Unprovoked verbal abuse (I have the owner on video, he is an angry, unprofessional person). (Disturbingly angry, & rude) He just responded, and is 100% lying. I have video and at no point was I ever rude. There was also a worker there who witnessed everything, and had probably heard this man do this many times before. You can tell he was embarrassed to work there.
