The phlebotomists here have all been kind and gentle with my mother when we’ve come to get blood draws. We now prefer to use this facility when blood tests are needed. Pro tip: if you come on Saturday mornings, the parking is much easier to deal with. They are currently open till 12 noon as of May 2025.
I am absolutely furious with this location. I live 20 minutes away, which is already inconvenient, but I decided to make an appointment on a Saturday because it was supposed to be easier for my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, the place was CLOSED. I received no email, no phone call—nothing—to let me know it was canceled or that the location was not open. Now I’m getting an email saying I’m a 'No Show,' and it’s completely unacceptable. This is outrageous. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.
