I was in the E.r on monday night the guy nurse checking people in was Very rude... also when i was in the back getting xrays i could hear the techs talking shit about 3 patients that were in the lobby they were talking about why they were there wich was NONE of my business they were laughing about them it was so out of line very unprofessional and I believe it went against patient confidentiality..I guess its the norm for this hospital...
I have always been treated good here until today! I was in a car accident and couldn't move my neck and having back pain. The doctor didn't introduce herself, didn't check my back or neck, just told me to stretch and take ibuprofen. Sent me home. Not to mention that I was in a hallway crying for four hours and no one checking in.

I love people all kinds of people wether they work at Grossmont or not and I forgave those who works there but I have no respect for Grossmont hospital because I believe in my heart and mind and my lots of bad experience that they are the worst ""human""I rather be treated as dog in a veterinarian hospital and not any where near Grossmont . Hopefully a disaster from God will come ON them all .
As I approached the ER doors, there was an elderly woman in a wheelchair covered in blankets, sitting in the chair alone. She begged me to bring her inside as she was cold. I brought her inside and requested assistance for her. I was denied by security and was told no one was available for her. Absolutely disgusting. I immediately walked out in fear for her and others.
I had to bring my child in this morning, close to 2 AM. Richard, the nurse, took exceptional care of my child. I am thankful to God for this hospital, the doctors, and nurses for their care and concern today and over the years. If I have to be hospitalized, Sharp Grossmont is the place to be!
Thanks to Sharp Grossmont for taking such wonderful care of my son recently. The doctors and nurses were kind and compassionate and gave him excellent care on 3 South.
