RecommendedI am very thankful for the care I received in the emergency room. I was diagnosed very quickly. Had a 5 night stay. The care I recevied from my nurses was top notch. The nurse assistances were also helpful. Even the food was good. My Doctor A was the best in taking care of my medical needs. I would recommend care at Sharp Grossmont Hospital.
Everyone has different answers. Not cool to mess with people and not be honest. How can you trust a medical faculty when they LIE!!! They tell you one things and then it all changes. Ask question and be your own advocate!!

After a traumatic day I took myself into the er due to a neck and head injury . I was anxious and in pain. The staff were friendly and very helpful. But when I was being discharged they told me where to get my medicine (for pain&anxiety)I asked if that pharmacy was open they told me it’s open the next morning.which wasn’t a big deal they gave me medicine for the evening , but Turns out the pharmacy is closed on weekends. So I’m in pain and anxious even more 😞 I think knowing which pharmacy is open on weekends can help .

Went to the ER yesterday for an ongoing headache, and migraine. Was helped right away, and the girls in the ER were great. I was helped by a girl named brittney slaughter and she was amazing! She actually listened to me and helped me feel the best I have felt in over a month! Thank you so much for a great experience you made my month, trust me!!

When they employee nurse that don’t advocate for wearing masks or understand how Flu vaccines work it makes me question the entire facility. Cindy Hunt shouldn’t be allowed to work with patients.

This hospital is OVER WOEKED and underpaid. The county board of Supervisors should be ashamed of themselves as to why they have not pushed for another hospital in the East County of San Diego.
I'm sad to read these negative posts, because I just lost my uncle to cancer and we were treated wonderfully. From security to nurses, we were all treated with love and concern every step of the way. I need to give a huge shout out to Chaplain Kelly, who helped me personally stay strong for my brothers with her quiet reassuring nature. She is an answered prayer. Thank you all, Sharp Grossmont Hospital. My family and I are grateful.

I went to this ER because I been having problems with stomach pain for the past couple of weeks waited 6 hours to be seen just for the doctor to say all my testings are fine and that it’s not something that will “kill me within the next couple weeks which is a good thing” and I should see a gastroenterologist because my case isn’t a emergency.
