First in the day of my surgery, I had to wait 3 hrs after the schedule appt time to have the surgery. Second, I called for a nurse and the me wait for 2 hrs before the nurse came to check on my request. Last, on my last day I felt I was being pushed out. I was told by the charge nurse that if I didn't have a ride they can call me a cab after I told them that my wife will be coming get me in the late afternoon. Been waiting here in the waiting room for 3 hours already waiting for the doctor! My mom's doctor already notified them off my mom's condition in advance but we are still stuck here waiting! Told my wife that if anything happens too me please do not take me in this place!
My first time to the ER since I moved to San Diego from NY and the staff here at Sharp is so caring to my needs. From the front staff, nurses and the physician. They were all very Attentive & Caring to making me comfortable and relaxed. So if I ever need to be hospitalized Sharp us where I want to be.
This is the second time I come here and the staff is super friendly. I was seen by Dr. Beth Zelonis-Shou, M.D. she is the nicest doctor I haver ever met. I got out of the E.R fast compared to other ER's. They are very organized. I would definitely reccomend this hospital! ! Keep up the good!!!
