I wanted to recognize Teresa Diaz from the Billing department for going above and beyond to help my mom resolve her financial needs. Teresa was compassionate, patient, and efficient with the way she handled our financial matters. Our entire experience with the Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center caring for both my parents has been nothing short of amazing, and it is a true blessing to have Teresa as a member of your phenomenal Team. Came in with heavy bleeding and severe pain. Left with heavy bleeding and severe pain. All because they "couldn't" call the gynecologist that was ON CALL.
My dad was admitted to this hospital due to two syncope episodes which probably had to do with his dementia. Even though they found nothing medically wrong with him and was physically fine they only fed him liquids and wouldn't send him back to his dementia community. After getting the run around I finally told them I'm taking him. He was not being cared for there and found their treatment of my dad cruel and unacceptable.
Great place I was in the e.r. and staff were awesome very caring and very fast. God bless you all staff from sharp
The birth rooms have amazing views and y'all have even better staff
