I was at urgent care and the people the staff and the doctor were awesome
Everyone who treated me, here. Was amazing and compassionate. They treated me like an indidivual and not like a burden. That diffenetly helps in the recovery or their patients. Also, being spoken to like I matter, is important when one feels like a burden. I have severe asthma. These guys were on point. Keep up the amazing work you all are doing. Especially the staff on floor 3. You guys ROCK!!!!
It's the worse emergency room you could go into. I left there due to the wait and had a very sick baby. I was waited over four hours then was told I would have to wait longer due to some people urgently in the back not my problem they need more beds I left went to sharp memorial was seen in hour and had a bed too! While at least 25 people ahead of me and I watched three urgent situations come in on there death bed and I still got in! Grossmont needs to step it up a lot more!
Came in at 7:00 am on a Sunday with wheezing was in a bed and on oxygen within 10 minutes. Have been here now 2 days still on oxygen. They check on me all the time to make sure I am comfortable. Love the staff here. Great friendly people
I don't even know how to describe how amazing my stay was here , my wife just gave birth and she was treated with so much kindness and professionalism from every single one of the staff's. I'm on a diet and it was incredibly difficult to see them offer so much amazing food and I couldn't touch it , I can't even finish to tell you about how great it was , but over all if I had a choice of hospitals ... I'm coming back to you guys , thanks alot . I truly appreciate you guys making this and incredible stay for an amazing moment... read more
